Miniature Schnauzer Rocky

We had a schnauzer named Max for 14 years and had to put him to sleep in December 2008 right before Christmas. Needless to say it was a very rough time for us. We decided to wait a while before getting a new dog. Our house was lonely and quiet without a schnauzer around. In May I saw a picture of Rocky and fell in love. We bought him immediately and he has brought so much joy and happiness back into our home. He is spoiled rotten and is very much a lap dog. He loves being held like a baby and snuggling. He loves running outside and going to the dog park to meet new friends. His favorite toy is a little soccer ball that squeaks and he loves hiding under the bed when we play hide and seek!

I'm so sorry that your Max went to the Rainbow Bridge, but I am so glad that you decided to get another Schnauzie. They are the greatest pets, aren't they? Rocky is one adorable litte guy.

What a lovely story. The only shame with our Schnauzers is that they can't live forever.
