We got our baby on Christmas Day delivered in a big tote from our grandson as we are elderly and he thought we needed a dog...We named her Krista Present as she was such a great gift for us. We loved her from the very first day as she was only 6 weeks old.....she was such joy to us and we loved her so much.......she is gone now and we are still hurting from the loss....she was a wonderful dog and she was like a baby to us. We will always morn the loss of Krista as she was a big part of our life and I don't think we could ever find another dog like her. We had to let her go 6/23/2016 as she had cancer and was only 11 years old. Our hearts are broken. This is a wonder site for people like me and my husband. Thank you so much

Your dog is beautiful and I understand as I lost my 13yr old schnauzer recently too. Your schnauzer actually looks just like mine (although he was a boy dog). Hopefully you decide to get another schnauzer someday and give it a good home =) Hang in there and best wishes.

Beloved Krista

I'm so sorry you lost your beloved Krista. Understand how you feel. Lost Joey to cancer last year and still miss my little buddy so.

They are wonderful family members and leave such wholes in our hearts when they have to go. Your pretty girl will live forever in your heart. Take care. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

They are such a great part of our life and they deserve every drop our tears..
Also please remember her as that lovely little puppy who showered you with love and warmth...
From the rainbow bridge she is watching you and wants you to smile when you think of her...

I lost my Sasha 3 years ago and I am still battling her loss and I know that it might take my life time to heal... But I have made a progress... I am not crying anymore when I think of her, I am smiling and feeling how blessed I am to walk with her on this planet earth by her side.
I lost her also at her age of 11 and also due to cancer. I fought with all the 3 Vet surgeon / specialists to save her life, but I learnt a big lesson in my life during that time... even with money we cannot buy certain things...

Kindly open your loving heart and home to little deserving furbaby Schnauzer, it will make you to love Krista even more with time.

My parents baby

Krista was my parents baby...she was so smart and loving....she was always wanting a treat....when I would visit she would wait for me to give her a treat and then would let me love on her....I loved that she would go in the car with my mom to the drug store and she would GET A TREAT THERE TOO...she was my parents reason to get up and going in the morning...we all will miss her there will never be another dog for them....I lost my dog a few years ago so I know the heartache my parents are going though...Krista has crossed the rainbow bridge and we will see her again

I am so sorry for your loss. Pets are so special and such a wonderful part of our lives. I really miss having a pet but at my age I don't want a pet because I wouldn't want anyone to have take care of it should I get sick or kick the bucket. I really miss having a pet as they are so loving and fun to be with.

What a special dog

Krista was such a sweet dog, She was so excited to see me and always begged for a treat. My parents loved her so much and she was the center of their world. I am so sad this happened. But I know she had a great life and brought so much joy to them. She was a special kind of breed!

I also lost my Schatzie

Know the pain it will always be there my schatzie was 15 when I lost her and she was also a wonderful friend to me. I am 79 and getting a new puppy in September. I know she will outlive me but my daughter told me she would take her when the time comes.

The pain gets better BUT never goes away just enjoy your memories of her her by the way she looks just like my Schatzie. God Bless

Shirley, I am so very sorry for your loss of your sweet little Krista. My husband and I are also up in age. We lost our little schnauzer girl, Chloe Marie, on April 27, 2015. She had kidney failure and had just turned 6 yrs. old. It has been so rough on us. We don't know what caused it and have felt lots of guilt about the possibility that we could have unknowingly caused it in some way, something we fed her, her getting hold of something on the floor, etc. It's so, so hard to lose them when they are like our children. We have her Mom and Dad and 2 sisters so that has helped us to cope. Sending you hugs and prayers and I hope that soon, memories of Krista will bring you peace.
