My best friend Schatzie

I just had to let my 15 year old Mini Schnauzer Schatzie go over the rainbow bridge 4-29-16. I have a hole in my heart as big as Texas. She was the best dog and friend to me. I am 78 years old and had her as a baby. I love the breed as this was my second Schnauzer...My vet said she was the best dog to take care of. Never tried to bite and listened to me most of the time. Later in life her hearing was not the best and her eyes were cloudy but she just kept on going.

I find myself crying and I hurt so much.

Do I want to get another Schnauzer?? YES but would love to adopt one 6 years or older. I feel if GOD sends one my way I will take it.

WELL I GOT ANOTHER SCHNAUZER MALE NAMED JAKE.... HE IS 2 YRS OLD AND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE.. HE IS MY DOG BUT TOLERATES MY HUSBAND. I AM IN LOVE AND HE IS MINE. I AM 81 YRS NOW BUT HE WILL KEEP ME GOING FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE....GOD IS GREAT TO SEND THIS BOY TO ME... YOU ARE NEVER TO OLD.

Yes my Jake is now 10 months old. Typical boy always getting into trouble and when I leave the house and return HE goes crazy one would think I had left for a month or 2. He is 100% my dog. Would never leave him because his little heart would break.

HAPPY AGAIN

My heart is filled with love again. I have a 7 month male black mini-schnauzer who is the love of my life. His name is Jake and is sooooo much different than my girl's were BUT its a wonderful experience for me raising a male puppy.. Things are going out great and I just adore the breed. I have another chance to be happy again and dogs make you happy.

Thank you for your coments this has been so hard on me losing my Schatzie. I am getting another puppy in June and another venture for me. This time it will be a little boy named Fritz. I will always love my Schatzie and she can never never replace my love BUT I can love again with the help of my Jesus I will be able to love again.
