2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 chicken (or beef) bouillon cube
1/2 cup hot water
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup hot water. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and blend well: flour, egg, dry milk and vegetable oil and bouillon water.
Next prepare a flour surface and knead dough for 2 minutes. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough out to 1/4" thick. Use a bone shape cookie cutter (or any desired shape cutter) to cut out pieces. Place on an ungreased non-stick baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
