Miniature Schnauzer Lucky

Lucky is a 4 year old male mini schnauzer. He is so much fun, so loving, and adds such joy to our family. He came in our life in an unexpected way. I was getting my schnauzer Rio (may he rest in peace)groomed. When I went to pick him up he wasn't done yet so I walked next door to the pet store and thought I would look at some puppies to pass the time. In one of the cages I saw a mini-schnauzer who was kind of big. I felt bad seeing him in the small cage. I asked if I could take him out and play with him. He was so excited and we had so much fun. I asked how old he was and was told 6 months old and at a reduced price. I had to have him. I had no intention of getting a dog that day but it was meant to be. Lucky became a playmate for Rio who was starting to get old. Thank God I had Lucky when it was Rio's time to go. It was such a hard time but having him made it a little easier.

Lucky loves his toys, he has so many. First thing in the morning he has to have his biscuit. He gets so frustrated if there is a delay with that. He loves barking in the window seat watching people go by or especially a dog walking by. We have to be careful because if given the opportunity he has loved to run away on an adventure. Like all dogs he gives us unconditional love everyday.
