As the song goes, Whatever Lola wants, she gets, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

My Miniature Schnauzer, Lola, has literally saved my life, many times. When I was going through some of the darkest moments in my life, no matter how bad things got, Lola got me through it.

As an example, one day was particularly awful, and Lola jumped onto the couch, quietly walked over, and laid her head on my leg, looked up at me, and let out a sigh. As if to say, it's ok, I'm right here.

There is nothing more important to me than Lola, she's my world. Lola's playful, energetic, smarter than any dog I've ever seen, sweet, loves every person and every dog, she's obedient, perfect temperament, extremely well behaved, hilarious; and even non-dog lovers meet her and ask, Please let me take her home.

When I drove cross country moving from NYC to LA, Lola was right by my side, and an absolute joy the entire trip.

No matter where we go, whether it's trips out of town, or simply around town, I take Lola everywhere.

I even got a doctor friend of mine to write a letter, making Lola an official Service Dog (Therapy Service Dog), so I can take her literally everywhere and everyone has to let her in. It doesn't matter if it's a restaurant or a hotel that doesn't accept dogs, Lola has VIP access to everything.

I can literally type for days about how absolutely amazing Lola is, but I'll simply say this - I am the luckiest person in the world to have Lola, and I love her more than anything.
