Personalized Treat Jar

by Amara Summer
(Swans Island, Maine, USA)

Everybody loves a good treat - and your beloved pup is no exception!

Step 1 - Gather your supplies: You'll need 1 empty jar with a lid, 11 x 8 paper, colored or white (your choice), tape, markers, scissors, a ruler, and stickers, glitter, and other decorating supplies (decorating supplies are optional)

Step 2 - Start cutting: Place the ruler directly in the middle of the paper, (lengthwise) draw a straight line and cut it in half, using the ruler line as a guide.

Step 3 - Let's decorate: Here's the fun part! Label the jar "dog treats" in fun and colorful letters, from here on, the sky is the limit to your creativity! You could go classic and write your dog's name(s) or go totally modern with crazy fun designs and pictures! You could make it vintage and make a little collage with cutouts from magazines or just draw some hearts and bones beside your pup's name. It's YOUR decision! :D

Step 4 - Tape it and fill it!: Tape one end to the jar, wrap it around, and tape the other end,so that the two ends nearly meet. Now you can fill it with tasty tidbits for your BDF!!! (Best Dog Forever)
