So sorry for your loss, I have lost both of my schnauzers one week apart. The pain and heart ache is unbearable. I am hopeful to hear that you have adopted another doggie. My son and daughter think we should start looking for another doggie to fill our aching hearts. If I am lucky enough to get one, I hope to follow in your footsteps.

Thank you everyone for you comments.. I love to read them .. My my a schnauzer's love goes way beyond just me.. It's comforting to know what I'm feeling is o.k. and understandable.. I still cry and listen to his video. I had to get a pup... yes she's a schnauzer... she is amazing and full of fun. I still will long for Quincy during my day and nights. I tell her all about him. At times I feel guilty, but my grief was more than I could handle by myself!!!!!!! Still an aching heart, but my love is directed to teach love of life to a pup.

We lost our Lil girl Greta last summer.She was a schnauzer that just loved Sharon and I so much.Like you,We didn't know how to start getting over.Your dog made u a better person,to enjoy life,see life in a different perspective.Remember the unconditional love you shared with your baby.Owning a schnauzer is a special thing,until you own one,until don't realize it.We miss the schnauzer experience,love and 10 months without,we are getting a pup.
