My Miniture Schnauzer won't play with toys..

I have adopted a 7yr old male and he doesn't play with toys, or show any interest in them. He does chase the cat playfully when coming in from outdoors.

Misha and Bowie's Mom

My Bowie is pretty much the same. Not a big toy player. Sometimes I'll catch her taking every toy out of her box and just dropping it on the floor. She does love to cuddle, go for walks and loves,loves to play with Misha. Come visit my girls too.

Too Macho for Toys!?

Maybe he is having a problem with his teeth, and it just may be hurting him to grab them?? Poor baby boy . . . I sure hope you find a solution soon. Good luck!

Treat Toys

Have you tried treat toys such as a Kong or Busy Buddy Waggle toys, which look like a barbell? My Schnauzer loves these.
