A Tribute to Miniature Schnauzer Greta

by Emily
(Naples,FL)

Miniature Schnauzer Greta

Miniature Schnauzer Greta

We lost our much loved girl on Sept 26th. She was 13 years old but we were lucky to have had her in our lives for 8. We are not to sure of her beginning years except that they were bad. It is believed she had cushing's. she passed away in my arms at home, still feels like someone ripped my heart out. I talk to her like she is still here. It seems to help. I miss you my little girl but i know we will see you at the bridge. till then sleep peacefully my beautiful little girl.

Love you Mommy

My heart aches for you.
by: The Sassy 7 Pack

Emily, I was soooooo sad to read that Greta has gone to the Rainbow Bridge. I know she will be there waiting for you along with all your other family members and pets that you have lost in the past. You take care.

Bless You!
by: Anonymous

Bless you for rescuing your sweet girl! I know your pain, I lost my Gus in March 2010 after a gallant 8 month fight with lymphoma cancer and I still cry. Our 4 year old mini, Max, still looks for him. Your girl knew how much you loved her and your other ones, the reunion at the bridge will be a glorious one!

Our Condolences . . .
by: KG ~ Ebenezer's "mom"

May your memories be your comfort, and may there also be comfort in knowing that she was so special, and will never be forgotten.

I'm Sorry
by: Ramona

It's so hard to let them go and it seems the pain never ends. I understand your pain. I lost a sweet little rescue mini, Miracle to AIHA in 2008, after only having her for six months. Then I lost a Wirehaired Dachshund, Sheba, to cancer at age 13 last March. I cried and cried like a baby for months on end because we rescued her as a puppy at only a few weeks old. If my ship hadn't sunk enough already I also lost my best little buddy, Spike, another Miniature Schnauzer to cancer last October at age 10. The only comfort I have is knowing they will all be there to greet me at the Rainbow Bridge when my days on earth are over.
Bless you for rescuing Greta. She's a sweetie. I hope she's met all my fur angels and they're having a great time at the bridge.
